Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 of a cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
2 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
2 packets of purevia (2 if you want it sweet and chocolaty)
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
a drizzle of granola (homemade or store bought)
Blend all ingredients in the blender and cool for 1 hour in the freezer |
